4:30 - 5:50 P Slow Relaxing YOGA

6:30 - 7:30 PM YOGA FLOW

Using breath and postures to strengthen & relax

All yoga is appropriate for beginners. Basics in details of postures, alignment, philosophy assists in strength and flexibility, increases oxygen use, focuses the mind, balances energy, tones and strengthens muscles.

Adaptive yoga assists with balance, awareness, patience and acceptance, it helps to increase range of motion, flexibility, helps to enhance overall capacity MS, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Cancer and Diabetes.

Relaxing yoga, slow and gentle flowing movement through postures, to release stress and tension. Breathing exercises, holding breath in poses release neuromuscular fright or flight stress responses.
